Not very friendly. Inflexible. Tried to make an appointment but had a hard time getting info about availability of a therapist.
Showed up at the shoreview location. No receptionist. I was supposed to be a new patient but no one there to help. How bad is that??? Have to find someone else now
This places needs a secretary that answers the phone and responds to voicemail messages in a timely manner.
The intake process was lovely. I was able to get my child in quickly and with someone that connected with them immediately. After one visit, I received an email saying the provider was no longer with Ellie and they would help me find a new provider. I called to do that and was put on a waitlist for someone that was a good fit for my child. I have not been able to reach Ellie since.
