I am extremely disappointed with how Ellie Mental Health has been managed since the leadership changes. The quality of communication and overall client experience has noticeably declined. The final straw for me was discovering that my son's therapist no longer worked there, not through any communication from the clinic, but because an email I sent to her bounced back as undeliverable. Before I started going here last year, I was told that my insurance plan was accepted and confirmed that many times. After a couple visits I noticed from my insurance end (not through Ellie), that is was not covered. I asked my therapist what it was about and she was not able to help much and again said that it was in fact covered, I only owed a small co-pay, said billing would call (never did). We love Ellie! Janis has been amazing for our daughter and she is in a great and positive place! We love Ellie so much that there are now 4 of us using their services!! 2 in Hales Corners and 2 in Waukesha. Both offices are beautiful and serene to be in!
