Victoria has been genuine compassionate and REAL since meeting her over a year ago. My experiences with therapist before her seemed so fake I stuggled to gain a connection with surface level conversation. I was in such a dark space before coming to Ellie. Victoria brought so much light and clarity and I am forever grateful

I received a voicemail message from Dawn on the morning of my daughter's appointment on June 10th that my daughter's therapist, Riley, left permanently suddenly the day before. Dawn stated that someone would be in touch to reschedule my daughter with another therapist. Dawn has not returned a single phone call since!! NO ONE has reached back out to me either to get my daughter rescheduled with someone! I am extremely disappointed with how Ellie Mental Health has been managed since the leadership changes. The quality of communication and overall client experience has noticeably declined. The final straw for me was discovering that my son's therapist no longer worked there, not through any communication from the clinic, but because an email I sent to her bounced back as undeliverable. Before I started going here last year, I was told that my insurance plan was accepted and confirmed that many times. After a couple visits I noticed from my insurance end (not through Ellie), that is was not covered. I asked my therapist what it was about and she was not able to help much and again said that it was in fact covered, I only owed a small co-pay, said billing would call (never did).
