My experience has been unpleasant. I scheduled an appointment at this clinic for my son with Dr. Daniel Bannett. On the first day, they asked for a credit card to charge a $20 copay, and now they have charged various amounts without any explanation. I've sent emails through the app and haven't received any responses. I wanted to cancel the next appointment, but the app doesn't give me that option.
