I have a therapist at this location, and she is wonderful. It was difficult for me to locate the space that Ellie Mental Health occupies in the building, so I would just suggest better signage if they intend to stay in that building that long-term. Other than that, the space is well-decorated and clean, and the therapist I found here is great!
I played phone tag over the course of several days to even schedule an appointment. The first available appointment was two weeks out. I arrived for the appointment, and the building had no markings to indicate it was for Ellie. After finally finding the suite, there was no one available to speak to - just an electronic kiosk to check-in. I waited 30 minutes but no one arrived. I called and emailed - no response.
