I’ve been a client with Ellie Mental Health coming up on a year this March. I have no complaints. The scheduling and communication is top tier. Any concerns I have, I’m able to reach out to my therapist and receive accurate and timely responses. I’m a client of Roslyn’s and I could not have asked for anyone better. She’s like the big sister I wish I had. She may not say things you what you want to hear but they’ll be exactly what you need to.
Lataija went above and beyond to assist me when she didn't even offer the services that I needed, she found phone numbers for other providers that do.
