Ellie has been a great partner to my organization! We provide personalized intensive care and we are always confident when referring our clients to Ellie upon discharge of our program. They offer personalized counseling in a relaxing environment for their patients! Also the Director Lynn Harris is AMAZING! Very hardworking and dedicated to what she does!

My husband and I were scheduled for couples counseling and while waiting in the waiting room they called my husband cancelling our appointment. I understand thing happen, but this was cancelled 4 minutes before our appointment time. Super unprofessional of the therapist and as far as the Ellie company is concerned they should have made it right and found us a therapist who could see us at some point in the day.
I am so happy that I stumbled upon Ellie Mental Health...all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They truly show how much they care about mental health struggles so many are facing. The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet and clean in a really nice area (Centerville, OH location). I highly recommend giving them a call to begin your healing journey or to explore a better option if you are in search of one. You will find the tools, resources and support here.
As someone who is seeking therapy for anxiety, making phone calls in itself is hard for me. I was on the phone with someone who did an excellent job at providing information and help to me, but sadly I got disconnected. When I called back the new lady I was on the phone with gave me little to no information to help me. She was nasty upon answering the phone and told me it was your “policy” to hang up on someone if they could not give a confirmation number for insurance .
