If I could give negative stars I would. Don't go here. I'm not going to go into the horrible traumatizing experience that happened to my children and our family. My children may never trust going to therapy again bc of this horrible experience. I'm really surprised with all the good reviews.
The counselor spent more time trying to get me to fix their billing issues than focus on me. Kept telling me to get a job, after I was just diagnosed with mild neurocognitive impairment from a brain injury and recommended ssi. Treated me disrespectful. When her previous appointment went into my time, she didn’t apologize. She cut my time short. Guess I am not worth their time.
We have been coming since they opened! We love our therapist, the office manager and the director!! They have all been there to help my entire family.
