I was assigned this company through community care and based on reviews was was very thrilled; however I discovered they will not call the client. The client must have access to virtual appointment or be able to travel in-person. If a person doesn't have a computer then no appointment. If unable to travel to location, then no appointment. I do not recommend this company for the reasons I mentioned. If someone can not talk to me over the phone then the party is not being helpful.
While Bekah is no longer with them…. She was amazing and helped my daughter immensely with processing feelings and learning to trust again after a terrible experience which eroded trust at another facility in Rockwall. My only knock on Ellie is their billing and their billing practices. If they could work that out, they would be perfect. I found their therapists to be competent and incredible. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't go here. I'm not going to go into the horrible traumatizing experience that happened to my children and our family. My children may never trust going to therapy again bc of this horrible experience. I'm really surprised with all the good reviews.
