I typically don't write reviews, but my wife's experience today at Ellie Mental Health has left me deeply upset and compelled to share. My wife has been struggling mentally, and taking the step to attend therapy was a monumental step for her. I worked with a great therapist here for a few months. The issue is with the company itself. Expect to have billing issues. Expect them to process your insurance incorrectly. Expect them to over charge, then not know why, then to never hear from them again. If you stop using them, expect to continue to be billed for weeks. Management and billing here is a joke. Even now, they are charging me. I haven't been for 6 months. And they will not respond to any of my communication. Womp womp.
I work with Alesha, and she is the BEST. She is such a genuine person, and I can tell she doesn’t just care for me because it’s her job, she genuinely cares and loves her clients as people, and getting to know her has been an amazing experience. She is so kind, and has the best feedback for me every session. Couldn’t recommend her enough! I have grown so much as a person these last few months with her, and have built an actual foundation for my mental health and I can’t thank her enough! Give her a raise NEOWW.
