I would recommend going here if you are someone looking for controlled meds such as adderall, even if you have a past of substance abuse and have been abusing the medication Ellie mental health hands out they will continue to give it to you even after being made aware of the situation. You will never have to be seen in person, never take an adhd test, never have a pill count, never have a drug screen, maybe talk on phone once every 1-3 months. Also, since when is it a good idea to place someone with history of bipolar/psycho... read more

I owe my life to Nurse Danielle. I have followed her since she was at Allina Health four years ago. Twice, she has saved me from harming myself. However, my wifes therapist and my couple therapist both left Ellie, and now I might have to leave Nurse Danielle. I do not think Ellie is equipped to handle complex patients. It's too bad because Nurse Danielle is more than skilled. I was vomiting 4 to 5 times a day. I called the medication line. After 5 days, they finally returned my call. I was vomiting so much I had to go to the... read more

My clinician, Danielle has been absolutely amazing. This facility though has been the worst. When you call, you never actually get to talk to anyone. The phone will ring and ring then go to VM. You leave a message and it takes day for them to reply or reply at all. They have charged my card twice now for no reason. They say it’s a “clerical error” and fix it but only because I’ve noticed it. I’m not sure what the deal is with this place but if it wasn’t for my Danielle, I’d leave.

I’ve been going to Ellie Mental Health for a few years now. While Emily Campbell is an incredible psychiatrist, my overall experience with Ellie Mental Health has been frustrating. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone—calls go straight to voicemail, and it can take up to three business days to get a response. On top of that, I’ve repeatedly had issues with billing. Even though I have two insurances on file, they consistently bill only my primary insurance, leaving me with a large bill at the end of the year. Then I’... read more
