Unethical billing practices! They are servicing patients who are seeking mental health care, and have no issue with charging a client without their knowledge (and who has a bill plan already set up with the clinic) an amount that was seven times the amount that the bill plan was set for. A few weeks later they ran a charge for the same amount, seven times what the bill plan was set for. Said they would work with me on paying my child’s bill for critical ongoing therapy while I was unemployed, then ran my card for $500. When I called, the office manager agreed verbally to reverse the charge and implement a monthly $50 payment plan, but instead ran my card for ANOTHER $500, leaving me with nothing left to feed and provide for my family. I stared therapy with Crystal Flores a few weeks ago and I’ve already seen improvement in my healing journey. Over the past few years I’ve worked with other therapists and I can honestly say Crystal is head and shoulders above! Her kindness and compassion are evident in everything she does. She also possesses knowledge, insight and intuition that has helped me to look deeply and heal trauma that I didn’t even know existed! I highly recommend her for any kind of therapy you may need.
