I was with Ellie for almost 2 years. My first therapist was amazing, but she left the practice. My second therapist was good, but I had more rapport with my first. I have been seeing Brittany at Ellie for the past several months. As a mental health provider myself, I acknowledged the need for therapy for myself but procrastinated the process. I wanted my son to begin therapy so I started myself (mostly to avoid being asked by my son why I wasn't in therapy). Let me tell you, I am so grateful that I did. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is I really liked my provider until she told me she wasn’t going to continue practicing in MD or at Ellie after only our second session. I was charged copays when my policy has a $0 copay for specialist visits. Nobody reached out to me to set me up with a new provider after me waiting a week so I’ll go to another facility.
