I have been seeing Brittany at Ellie for the past several months. As a mental health provider myself, I acknowledged the need for therapy for myself but procrastinated the process. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is I really liked my provider until she told me she wasn’t going to continue practicing in MD or at Ellie after only our second session. I was charged copays when my policy has a $0 copay for specialist visits. Nobody reached out to me to set me up with a new provider after me waiting a week so I’ll go to another facility.
I've had the privilege of working with Cathy Stamper and her team of professional clinicians at Ellie Mental Health in Annapolis for the past year. They're a group of responsive, reliable, and genuinely caring therapists helping to ease this journey of life for the local community, and those with whom they counsel. Very discouraged, handed laptop to fill out forms most of visit. Provider changed all meds and took anxiety medicine away with no replacement. Will never go back
