If I could give a zero I would do that. This place is the worst for actually help. My wife has had 3 separate therapist through this god awful company and has been dismissed, seen for 2 days before leaving for a new practice and has been promised 2 or so other therapist who were told could help her but in the end they ending up not even making appointment. It is very hard for me to leave this. My therapist told me she talked to her supervisor and can no longer talk to me because she doesn’t specialize in trauma. It was a 9 minute session. I was holding back tears because I finally found someone I felt comfortable with someone again. My last therapist I had for 6 years stopped taking Medicaid and it took a year to find this one at Ellie. This place DOES NOT CARE. Which is ironic because they are a mental health facility. The only thing they are concerned about is money. A very shallow place to try and get help. 0/10 i do not recommend. It’s other places to go get help filled with people who actually enjoy their job and care about you. Save yourself the wasted time.
I like the vibe they have going on in the office but the communication is not there with therapist & clients or the Director. The therapist my daughter had absolutely loved him and he was a perfect match for my daughter. Sadly he had to go on leave and the clinic did not know when he was going to return and failed to find a replacement therapist for my daughter.
