This place is messed up, don't send your loved ones here! Doctor Natalie refused to see patient after 2 weeks after a hospital discharge. She never contacted me by phone she just the case manager, with someone else that was never involved in the therapy sessions. She is cold and doesn't care about her patience. Natalie caused months of problems and frustration after this, I hope she reads this. Do not trust this place with your loved ones!!!
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a therapist at this mental health office. She came across as rude, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion.
