an odd billing error was corrected within a week.
This place DOES NOT CARE. Which is ironic because they are a mental health facility. The only thing they are concerned about is money. A very shallow place to try and get help. 0/10 i do not recommend. It’s other places to go get help filled with people who actually enjoy their job and care about you. Save yourself the wasted time.
I like the vibe they have going on in the office but the communication is not there with therapist & clients or the Director. The therapist my daughter had absolutely loved him and he was a perfect match for my daughter. Sadly he had to go on leave and the clinic did not know when he was going to return and failed to find a replacement therapist for my daughter. Schedule my first appointment then I was told I missed my appointment because nobody explained to me how it works so at this time I'm not impressed at all
I’ve been coming to Ellie for about a month now. I highly recommend! I contacted them when I needed help the most and they got me in quick. Plus I absolutely love the elephant theme. Thank you especially to Kristen. Very good at what she does!!
