DO NOT go to this provider. I was seeing a provider and my work schedule changed. I emailed her with a day or two in advance. Then the day of the appointment came and she reached out wondering why I missed my appointment. I told her I had emailed her and she did not receive it. They then charged me $150 for missing my appointment even though I let her know in advance that I wouldn’t be able to make it. I reached out and she told me to send her proof that I emailed her.
