I have been seeing Kayla Everhart for counseling for about a month now. She is great at listening and validating my feelings while also encouraging me to implement new strategies and make changes in my life. She has such a calm demeanor and she always helps me think logically and get out of anxiety spirals. She is kind, easy to talk to and so encouraging! If you’re looking for a counselor, I highly recommend seeing her.
BEWARE!! I have been fighting to “prove” I called 3 days before my scheduled appointment to cancel. I googled the number as we were out of town, called it, it said “thank you for calling Ellie Mental Health” etc. I left the voicemail. I have sent video of the prompt from the call, time stamps of when I called the number, and an emailed explanation. They say the number is not associated with Ellie but any reasonable person would believe this was an accurate number to call. They refuse to refund the no-show fee but reduced it ... read more

Establishing relations takes a couple of appointments- I understand, but then trying to get a later in the afternoon time because of my work - seems impossible and not accommodating - which leaves the establishment of relations appointments not mean anything- cannot get anywhere with therapy if cannot accommodate someone
