I've been seeing Alyssa for a couple months now, and I'm already noticing a significant change in my confidence, my internal dialogue, and just overall stress. As a pastor, I've never known a time when Lent and Holy Week hasn't been basically 40 days of stress and disrupted sleep. This year, though, I have very little stress going into Holy Week. I love this place, my therapist, the help I'm getting. I have no complaints.
Easy and flexible schedule options and the staff is always nice. My counselor is fantastic. They listen, offer great solutions that are personal to me, and I feel comfortable there. Highly recommend
