Love this clinic! It is warm and inviting and the whole team is also so welcoming - exactly where you want to be if you're trying to get help! The Clinic Director is so pleasant and is a wealth of experience! Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
Didn’t think the therapist was a match for our 14 year old daughter. Called the head clinician who refused to speak with us in person about this concern. On email she said to work it out with the therapist in question and copied said therapist on the email! She didn’t even bother to find out what the issue was - the head of any good practice should at least want to have that information. She then said that the therapist would recommend a reassignment if “warranted”. This doesn’t make any sense and it’s certainly not appropri... read more
