Ive been going to individual therapy to have a better understanding of who I am now and how much I’ve changed. And also trying to understand other perspectives have been a big challenge for me but individuals therapy has helped me a long way. After a few months with my therapist Bryton Wilson I have seen a change and feel a lot more confident.
