I originally gave this place 5 stars but I came back to change it 1... Very disappointed to say it appears my daughter has just been dropped as a client... My last appointment was canceled after it had been scheduled weeks in advance and then I was told I would be contacted in the new year to reschedule future sessions but could only reschedule during the week since my Saturday time slot had been given to weekly clients... even though I had been bringing my daughter routinely to bi weekly sessions without a problem prior... ... read more
I had great experiences here and its very safe. Lindsay darnell is amazing and shes very professional, i have to say out of 16 years she was the very best therapist ive ever had, shes extremely understanding and she can very effectively talk you out of bad thoughts, i reccomend her for most people and shes very polite.
My 7 year old has been seeing Raeleen Davis for almost 7 months and it has been wonderful. He is always excited to go to therapy and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in his ability to regulate his emotions and to work out his struggles more easily than before. Also, getting into Ellie and finding the right therapist for my son was super easy. Just started taking my daughter here and everything is off to a great start...I have no complaints. Great communication. They take my insurance. Therapist is super sweet with my daughter and very kind to me. We work directly with her for scheduling and have been able to set up a standing Saturday appointment for when school starts so I don't have to try to work around my work schedule and my two busy teenager schedules during the week. I recommend giving them a call!!
This place has the worst office I have dealt with. They never answer the apps on the message. They fail to set up appointments. The therapist I dealt with initially was good, but the people making and managing the appointments are garbage. *The manager, Lauren, reached out and made things much better. I appreciate your efforts.
