Jennifer is very good and thorough.
BEWARE: I was very deliberate about confirming my copay before starting therapy with Ellie Mental Health. Jennifer, my therapist, was great, and I felt hopeful about continuing care. However, before my third session, I was informed that they had “made a mistake” and that my copay was actually almost double what I had already been paying.
