The therapist was sweet just not a great fit and when we asked for another therapist the director was curt, very lacking !! in Communication and Empathy. I would definitely not recommend Ellie Mental Health for someone struggling with mental health issues. The Billing Procedures are also very odd. You can not pay at the time of your visit ,they bill you days later to a card kept on file. Would recommend to anyone and everyone needing therapy/counseling. The therapists here are so kind and welcoming. My therapist Cassandra always gives me incredible feedback, and makes me feel accepted and heard and valued. 10000/10.
The therapist here are so genuinely kind and great at what they do. I felt so heard and found a place where I am truly supported.
I love Beth miller she’s the greatest! Definitely reccomend her, she’s helped me through a lot of challenging things!
