It's a good place for folks dealing with "normal" or "expected" mental health issues. If you need a "higher level of care" (these were my therapist's words) then this isn't the place for you. Anxiety? Yes! Depression? Yes! PTSD? Probably. But my unique mix of all three plus more doesn't seem to fit with the skills the clinicians have on hand.
