This place is so great and has truly helped me in my time of need. I don't want to name names, but every therapist there is caring and understanding from what I have seen so far! It seems they have gone through some changes in staff, so they are up and running now better than ever :)
Terrible place of business. They take money out of your account randomly after you tell them you don't want their services anymore. Definitely suggest you find another place to go or not to put a card on file at this place.
Had three sessions with jared and then he told me he was leaving at the end of the third after i had shared alot of very personal stuff. No one has yet contated me to set up with a new theripist. This is just a crime to treat someone who needs therapy like this.
love love love ellie mental health! i can see a huge improvement in my anxiety, PTSD, ect. Peyton is truly the best!
Do not put any cards on file. Pay with cash or better yet…go somewhere else. This is a business that will save cards from months ago and will run your card (even if it was for a one time payment) when they choose to. Deceptive practices!
