When I first started with Jim Loomis, I was miserable and wanted to cut out and shun the parts of myself I thought were evil. I thought therapy would confirm that I could only be worthy of love by discipline and self-hatred. Jim helped me to see my humanity. His empathy and patience has transformed my relationship with myself and others, and even on my bad days I feel hope. I highly, highly recommend Jim for his down-to-earth yet expert approach.
