Counseling with Ajai was great. My low star rating is due to billing. My portal shows account is paid in full but somehow I was sent to collections. I contacted biller multiple times and finally had my BCBS insurance rep get involved. I have been dealing with this billing issue since June and there has been no correspondence in months. PTC Ellie is not part of BBB so I’m still trying to determine how to proceed.
I started therapy sessions with Ajai last year in September when I felt the walls were closing down on me. Ajai has helped me a whole lot and I am thankful that Ellie did a great job with matching me to my therapist.
