I’d give them zero stars if possible. My therapist left and she told me they would assign a new one. They did not and have not answered my emails, messages. Ghosted by the therapist 🫠. If others are experiencing the same issues contact the main phone line and they’ll switch you to a functioning practice. They are individually owned. This is a location being run into the ground.

Therapist left, was told I would be contacted, reached out was told I had to email to schedule new appointment and I'm having major difficulty moving forward. If you need a quick turn around, or anyone to move with any sense of urgency this may not be the place.

I have always struggled with finding a therapist who I can fully open up to and trust with my thoughts and feelings but the mental health professionals here at Ellie Mental health are so good at what they do. It is a warm, cozy and safe environment that I would recommend to any and everyone.

I tried to become a patient but the receptionist spelled my name wrong when doing intake and a few other pieces of info. Its a red flag for me because despite spelling everything out he still got the wrong information. The app says I can correct it during signup but when I go to do it the fields refuse to let me change the text. He spelled my last name as xhittum. I can't afford to get billed because the information he inputed doesn't match with my insurance.
