I was displeased with Ellie. My clinician showed up 9 minutes late for a virtual appointment, seemed unprepared for the appointment, and ended the session 5 minutes early. He then lied about it. Maybe there are some decent therapists there, but I question them if this is the type of person they hire.
I had an intake phone call with some secretary for this company who harassed me for being transgender- asking what my birth sex is over the phone and trying to place me with a 'mens issues' christan focused therapist despite that not being what I am looking for. If you are trans stay away
