The billing department has left me more depressed than when I started therapy. I called when I lost my insurance and begged them to take the credit card off file until I got my new insurance card. They said they would but I have charges on that card anyway today. I tried to call back today and nobody would answer the phone. I was instructed to leave a message and they would get back to me in THREE business days.
I have heard good things about this place from a friend so I thought I would give it a try. Going into it I had high hopes but I never even made it to a session due to the fact I had to fill out the same paperwork multiple times and they never received it. what a waste of time. Ultimately called them to check the status and when they told me that they still haven’t received my paperwork. Ended up telling them to get me out of their system
Amazing atmosphere, staff, and results
Edit: After posting this review (which was initially 2-stars) I was contacted by the clinic manager and we had a good conversation over the phone. I felt heard and she was understanding of my situation, and she provided some solutions for me if I were to encounter this problem again. I appreciate that. Comfortable atmosphere that feels safe and secure. Caring, skilled staff who really listen and provide valuable guidance and resources. Highly recommended.
