Our mission is to make getting mental health care the norm. And while we know that going to therapy and being vulnerable with someone you just met can seem scary, we do everything we can to make each session as comfortable and fun as possible. We aim to walk along this journey with you and provide you with a safe place to talk, decompress, and heal.

They have you fill out an online intake form, then a "call center" has to call you back (unannounced), and if you miss this unscheduled callback, then you have call them back to take 30-45 minutes of my time to fill out the same form. Which makes no sense. Also, long hold times with this call center. Always, a red flag for me. Super confusing and time-consuming intake process. I worked with Keith Myers during a difficult period earlier this year, and he, and his practice's, welcoming and steady demeanor were incredibly helpful during a difficult time. He helped me contextualize what was going on and provided a safe space for me to share my experiences without burdening those whom I love and work with around me. Ellie is great, Dr. Myers is great, and I recommend them if you think that therapy might be useful for you.
I know a few therapists there personally and I would trust them with my own family!
