They don’t answer the phone and when they do they don’t wanna do their job. I’ve been calling for a half an hour about my daughters apt and the lady just hung up on me now my daughter missed her apt and I’m calling on two phones trying to get in touch with them now and two days for a call back is a absolutely ridiculous and I will never tell anyone to take their child or themselves to this establishment for services Isabel loves just hanging up on you as the phone person. The kindness and calmness in their voices is very soothing in a stressful situation.
I had received care from the Moorehead clinic and had a great experience with the provider who was doing my EMDR treatment. I had called Ellie MH to get talk therapy / psych testing completed. My first voicemail was returned by a woman who reported while in EMDR, the provider completed a DA and that it would be in the portal, however this was not found in the portal and I didn't feel a DA would have been accurate anyways, under the circumstances of the therapy I was receving.
