I really like both of the practitioners I see virtually out of the Bethesda office. However, the billing department is a mess, and is the reason for the 3 star review. I have been auto-charged on my credit card at seemingly random times, sometimes a few weeks after an appointment. They do not send receipts with a date of service, only the date you are auto-charged, so it is very difficult to keep track of what appointments you’ve been charged for.
