I had a very poor employment experience with this business. Given that there are so many wonderful, supportive group practices and mental health clinics in the community, I recommend seeking out a therapist and group practice that is *not* a franchise or corporation for their mental health needs. The lack of consistent, fair, ethical, and inclusive policies at this business = poor, unacceptable experience for clinicians and their clients. We can do better, and mental health as a field deserves better than this.
