Best BBQ we have had in a while. Everything was excellant - staff very courteous and welcoming! Definitely will return!
This was our first visit here. I ordered the Texas Cheesesteak; brisket, cheddar, jalapeños, and onion straws. I don't care for onions and asked for them to be omitted, but the sandwich came out with them on it. Not really knowing what onion straws were, I didn't realize they were on there as they looked like the brisket. I had eaten more than half the sandwich before realizing it...AND LOVED IT! Yes, they made a mistake, but I have no ill feelings as I learned to like something new. We will be back for more!
Loved the atmosphere, food and service! The grilled cheese special is awesome!!
Soooooo soooo good!!! Everything was amazing (mac n chz wasn't my fave but still good) best pork I've ever had and we have a lot of great BBQ in Tennessee where we are from! Well done y'all!

Every time I visit my sister, I want to go eat at Ellie Lou's..! It's like comfort food on steroids..! Collards, fried green tomatoes, brisket, just to name a few. The coleslaw w/blue cheese is genius..! Its friendly, clean and fun, too. I wish they would open one at the beach, I'd be there every week.
