Took my wife to the spa for her birthday. As soon as you walk in the door you feel a sense of calmness. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had the 30 min sauna, 45 min couples massage and 45 min in the salt cave. The therapists did a wonderful job. Loved all the little extras that were included. After leaving the salt cave you are so relaxed and calm. We also bought a salt lamp for our room at home. We loved this place and will go back again and again. Thanks for the great experience.
Oh my my I love this and everyone should do this, if I lived anywhere in New York I'd be like you need to visit and create a monthly date . I will be back for another wonderful experience.
Went with my best friend to be pampered for a girls day out and we had an amazing time. We started with the lemon grass foot scrub, then a 60 minute massage, and ended in the salt cave. Absolutely gorgeous spa with a very welcoming staff that make you feel so relaxed through the whole experience. Left feeling relaxed, renewed, and pampered! Will definitely be returning.
A comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the salt cave. It was a great way to relax before getting a massage. I had an hour massage with LMT Stephanie, and it was exactly what I needed! She was wonderful. I highly recommend her, the salt cave, and the whole spa. Great gifts available, too! I'll definitely be back.

I breathed a sigh of relief as soon as I walked in the door. The tranquil, aromatic environment relaxes you instantly. The salt cave was an amazing healing experience. Words can't describe the beauty of the gorgeous salt blocks. The hot salt stone massage was heavenly. I also bought 2 salt lamps to bring home. I will return as often as I can.
