I lived there 6.5 years in a basement apartment. I liked the area and the apartment despite the mold and the squirrels running around in the walls and having to wash the mold out of my clothes seasonally that were stored under the bed or in the back of the closet. The thing that really makes me mad is a new manager took over a year ago. So I lived in a basement apartment building 327. Horrible, black mold and according to the reliable source all basement apartments have black mold! Management is ridiculous to say the least. All she cares about is turning apartments around to try to get rented. Maintenance man has little time if any for his regular duties and fixing items for residents as he’s too busy turning apartments around. I've lived here over 15 years, if I can offer any advice, avoid moving into any of the down-stairs basement apartments as there's terrible mold issues. The laundry rooms have allot left to be desired, apartments are outdated & the tennant quality has gone down the tubes. Maintenance here tends to be stagnant, as well as grounds keeping and snow removal. Forget about the pool, the electric service here's National Grid, extremely expensive and unreliable service. Horrible experience. The building I looked at smelled awful, like cigarettes and wet. The outside of the buildings were half painted and the inside dirty. I really wanted it to work out because of the location but the new ownership group is horrible. There are many repairs that needs to me made but the management seemed excited about the idea of a vending machine being installed hopefully soon?! What about the broken pool or leaking roof?!
