The restaurant is nice but the service is sub-par. Another couple that came in after us was seated before us. We had to remind the hostess that we were sitting at the bar right behind her. The bartender took his time getting to us even though he saw us. When finally seated I could not substitute a vegetable that came with the meal but they could leave it off so basically my meal consisted of 8 scallops. The waiter was frazzled but friendly. I have eaten here in the past and thought it was good pub food with decent portions at a fair price. However tonights dinner left me puzzled. Tiny crabcakes and a half cup of salad at best thrown on the plate with the crabcakes for 23.00. The server forgot the broccoli and brought it at the end of the meal after a reminder. We never did get drink refills and no one checked on us. I just was sadly dissapointed. Maybe the flood took them off their game? It will be a long time before I come back.
We went Tuesday night for Tuesday Lobster Special Night. You have to be there by 5:30 pm or they will run out of lobsters. The Lobster was delicious; it was easy to crack open. You get one side with it. So glad that this restaurant has reopened!

We had a J. Melvin Premier Properties business lunch and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the buffalo burger and I thought it was real good! Service was great and fair price.
Fantastic beer, good food, warm and welcoming. One of my local favorites!
