Wonderful quick service. They repaired my watches while I waited. Lovely helpful folks
Over the past 2 years, I have had 2 rings damaged --- one because an allergic reaction made my hand swell and the ring had to be cut off, the other was my wedding ring with pressure mounted diamond baguettes. Somehow I cracked the gold band. Both rings were declared irreparable by other local jewelers. But Ellicott Jewelers said "No problem". Their on-site jeweler did an amazing job. Both rings were returned to me looking brand new. The charge for repair was reasonable. The customer service is excellent.

With her knowledgeable diamond information, we were able to select the ideal ring set that has received many compliments from family and friends.
