I don’t understand what is happening in this building. What used to be a safe and comfortable place to live no longer feels that way. There is constant loud music, the smell of marijuana throughout the building, and residents leaving side doors propped open late at night. On top of that, the office staff has been consistently rude. This situation is extremely frustrating and makes us feel that after 4 years it’s time to move on.

I've been trying to get ahold of the Ellicott City Gardens 2 and the line is always saying that they're unable to answer the phone. I would really like to know updates. - Alessandra
Tried calling during business hours, the line says that I'm calling after business hours. It is 1pm and they are supposed to be open 8am-5pm.. Update.. They responded to the Google review after hours to ask me to call the same number that I've called at least 5 times over the course of a few days during business hours lol This place doesn't make any sense.
