Hate everything about living at this property! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I would have rated it a zero but It won’t let me. The current property managers do absolutely nothing but ask you to sign paperwork over and over again. There is absolutely no noise isolation in the entire building. You literally can hear a mouse piss on cotton. With that being said no neighbor has regard for the next. We had a tour today with the lovely Mary Braxton, she did an excellent job giving us a tour. The apartment was very spacious and great price!
I don’t understand what is happening in this building. What used to be a safe and comfortable place to live no longer feels that way. There is constant loud music, the smell of marijuana throughout the building, and residents leaving side doors propped open late at night. On top of that, the office staff has been consistently rude. This situation is extremely frustrating and makes us feel that after 4 years it’s time to move on.
