Poor management, took thousands off security deposit. We cleaned for hours upon hours and were then charged multiple hundred dollars for a “cleaning crew”. Their property was disgusting when we moved in and I would bet anything they simply pocket the deposit. No chance the house we stayed in is up to code, it had an average of one outlet per bedroom and mold growing in multiple rooms (419 w wash). You pay for g&e and water and then they charge you for laundry as well. Avoid at all costs. Would not recommend to anyone

Great experience, apartment was great, they were professional and I think what we got back for our security deposit was fair.
