The staff is always so polite and the wait is kept to a minimum! Ellianos is a must when I’m in the area!
I do not recommend working here. Management is highly unprofessional and unsupportive, with unrealistic expectations for new employees to memorize the full menu, including custom drinks, within only 2–4 weeks. Training is inadequate, and employees are often thrown into situations without proper preparation or guidance. On top of that, the workplace culture is toxic, with certain staff being judgmental and quick to snitch rather than fostering teamwork. Food is good though.
Great coffee
The workers are always so fast, professional and friendly. Not to mention the coffee is perfect every time!!!!!
