I am usually very satisfied when I order at the shop. However today my mom was in the hospital so I did a on line order. I bought a Pumpkin spice muffin while I was impressed with the size, part of the muffin was very dry. I also got the pumpkin spice hot coffee, I opted for oat milk, extra sweetener and large size. It was good except they didn’t put the extra sweetener. But I will go back!!!! I always do🩷
I had a misunderstanding with a smoothie but the order taker, Kammy resolved the issue. She provided a great customer service experience with a wonderful attitude.
One day they have no toaster to warm the bread. Then I come again, they have no chicken salad. Guess I'm going back to Starbucks
