I visited this clinic struggling with severe stomach pain every time I ate eggs or any protein-rich foods. The first male doctor I saw simply told me, ‘So do not eat eggs’ — which wasn’t very helpful at the time, as I wasn’t even fully aware it was related to proteins in general. My daughter and I visited this clinic last week. Front desk staff were ever friendly & nice. But the Dr. Irene was very rude. She didn’t want to listen my concerns. I suggest my friends not to see her.
Highly recommend Dr Irene Shenouda very professional, intelligent, knowledgeable, active Listener, and straight forward. Doesn't waste time get all the test done to get to the bottom of the health issue. Had a horrible experience with Dr Tataenda DURSOIMI. Do NOT RECOMMEND her for WCB cases at all. Dr DURSOIMI gave me X-ray & prescription under different patient. Dr sent the front staff to call me back while I was driving away from Medi centre. Long waiting time even we were early then others. After taken inside the room , we had to wait like an hour with no doctor show up.
Dr refused to discuss anything with me. And just walked out after waiting 4 hours. Took my son there before and she said she would refer so he could get treated. Never did. Waited 5 hours. Biggest dissapointment I've experienced with our health care in 30 years. Her license should be investigated
