I suffered an unfortunate incident prior to even entering the sales office. Both Mason and Josiah jumped into action and remained professional throughout the ordeal to ensure I was okay. As an engineer, I’d say Pulte Homes is definitely one of the top builders in the game. They use quality materials, and their attention to detail really shows in the finishing touches—it gives their homes a polished, solid look. We love Pulte! Shopping with Mason and Amy was easy, they were honest and upfront about everything. House was completed on schedule and closing was a breeze. Easiest home purchase ever.
Terrible. When our house was being built we an all of our neighbors were promised a lake behind the house. They lied once we moved in everybody was told that it is now a retention pond we are not happy neither are our neighbors. A house a couple houses down moved in and there ac was leaking now they have a mold problem and pulte refuses to fix it. We wanted to put a tool shed in our backyard and they told us it had to match the house but a couple houses down somebody has a shed way more noticeable Already out! We are not hap... read more
