ELLEVATE *************** ****************,** I have lived here since Dec. 2019, and it has gotten progressively worst. I've been through now 8 managers in staff. EVERY 1-star comment is NO LIE. It's not personal, but it feels that way. You pay rent, you have issues, and the office is SUPPOSED to be vigilant in taking care of the community. Over the past 30 days we have contracted with a new landscaping vendor who has already made a noticeable improvement to the community which will only get better. Not only will the cosmetics be improved, but we believe this will also help with any other potential issues. Wish I could give it a zero. Through out my 30 some years of career, this is by far the worst management. Was supposed to move in July 27th last year, gave a money order on July 1st for deposit. On the 26th ready to pick up the key and was told that unit was not available because tenant refused to move out. No one bothered to tell us. Our option was to break the signed lease or staying in hotel until something changed. We ended up on a first floor unit. Just like everyone who complained here, the accounting was horrible. ***** ** **** is where I lived until ELLER living bought them out. Since ELLER has been here, I've encountered NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with maintenance and management. I've had to write ELLER management atleast 10x for in hopes of 1 response back. I have to contact them every month to find out what my rent is bc their new portal is ALWAYS WRONG! The HVAC unit for your apartment home was completely replaced in January by a professional HVAC company. The staff, and apartments at The Reserves at Waterford are all deceitful. Nothing is what it appears to be. Within the first month, I have been told lies, given wrong information about payment, and my apartment, and all of this has cost me more money to just move in. I was told i can bring my own W/D, when i moved in, they said no. I had to rent a garage for 125.00, then i was told the wrong amount to move in. I believe this review to very unfair. At no time is it ever management's intention to make a mistake or mislead anyone. Management has no incentive to do so. Resident issues only make our jobs harder and as such management does everything we can to avoid these situations. In this situation move in dates changed multiple times, due to a previous resident (not due to management or the Ms. ******) and as such caused quoted prorated rent to be adjusted and communicated multiple times.
