Went in for an item ,was totally ignored while the staff member was on the telephone. Waited for a long period of time and finally another person came to the front and found the product for me. Very poor customer service.
If your buying Neepsee products I suggest you go straight to the warehouse in North Battleford. This store charges way too much. I would sooner drive to NB to make my purchases. Just saying
