I've had three haircuts and all of them have been excellent. She really is a master of her craft. And she's the first barber that explained how I'm supposed to trim my beard so I know how to correctly maintain it.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Tyler's review here... Customer care leaves a lot to be desired. It's as if she has her own "game plan" of how to cut your hair – even when specific requests on length and style are given, she often just does what she wants. More than once I've left very disappointed with my cut, having given her clear requests that she completely ignored. Whenever this was raised in any way, her default response was dismissive and rude. Ellen the Barber is truly exceptional! From start to finish, she provided a top-notch experience. She took the time to talk with me, understand my vision for my hair and beard, and really nailed exactly what I wanted.
