Not friendly at all, she never said a word to me unless I asked her question. Nails are thick & uneven, the worst ones being both ring fingers which have very obvious dips, and the red started fading the next day.
Never answer phone, if I ever got asked to call anyone one and it had to not be answered, this would be the place to call.
I LOVE Ellen. She's so talented and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend
