This is the optometrist next to lens craters. Our appointment was at 2:30 and the our son was still not seen. It was coming up to an hour and when I pointed it out, the girl at the front desk make sure to point out that he was only in the exam room for 42 minutes. Even though she was trying to be a smart ass, I would think that 42 minutes is still too long to be waiting in the exam room.
