This is my second time working with David on a home purchase. I bought my first house from David 12 years ago. My wife and I just sold that house and purchased a new one with David is our rep. He was knowledgable of the areas we were considering and very informative as far as processes came along. As someone who is in sales, I appreciated that he would not try and push us into something that didn't fit our needs. Patience is key and David has plenty of it!!
