Let me just start out by saying David Rosenbaum is awesome. If you're looking to buy or sell a house, he's the guy to call. He sold my house, sold my wife's house, and we also bought our new house through him. He literally handled all three of these deals at the same time. We were contingent on selling both houses in order to buy our new home, and somehow he made the whole experience easy and fun at the same time.
