Not only did Ellen help us find a place in our preferred neighborhood, in our price point, with most/all our must haves + some… but we were literally under contract less than A MONTH after we started working with her! Honestly our only feedback is we wish we could hang with her more!
when i met her she promise that if i go with her lender the lender would give me 15k in credit. I applied with her lender and i went over the full process and credit check just to be told that i dont qualify for the 15k, they could find that out just with few questions and no have me to apply and run my credit.
