I have special requirements for my eye care because of my disability and Dr. Lawrence has been thoughtful and attentive in getting me the care that I require. She is always informative and friendly at my visits. I appreciate the level of care I receive from Dr. Lawrence.
My husband went there recently and was treated with disrespect by two women at the front area Both gave him attitude with the mind frame of a Karen. These women should not be allowed to be the first people visitors deal with. They should learn customer service instead of using an entitlement they apparently feel they have. My husband is now going to a better clinic where customers are treated with dignity and of course respect.
